Materials
The Pre Milled Blanks are made of pure titanium or titanium alloy, which is mainly used as implant material in oral cavity at present, The wide application of titanium implant is imcomparable by any other metal due to it's many excellent characteristics of titanium.
The titanium materials of The Pre Milled Blanks is light, with low elastic modulus, largely amplitude force reduction to vibration, high hardness, ultimate tensile strength, yield strength and fatigue strength, and high corrosion resistance and fatigue limit. Titanium has excellent passivation performance. It can oxidize rapidly in body fluid and form a thin, dense and insoluble crystalline oxide film (TiO2) on the surface. Due to the protection of oxide film, the continuous oxidation rate of metal slows down, which makes it have good corrosion resistance, good biocompatibility and biomechanical adaptability with human body.
