The name reversed dutch weave – also called PZ mesh – originates from the reversed size ratio of the warp & weft wires. In this filter weave, the warp wires are thinner compared to the weft wires. This type of weave has a high load capacity in warp direction due to a large number of warp wires next to each other. We can weave it as a plain or twilled weave.
